Agricultural irrigation systems are under pressure and are caught between ecological limits and productive requirements. But which approaches actually help to harmonize individual decisions with collective goals? This webinar brings together new research from across Europe and explores how behavioral factors influence the adoption of water efficient practices, how technologies influence water use, and how to build effective systems of shared governance. Based on interdisciplinary perspectives and empirical findings, it examines what works – and what doesn’t – in the sustainable management of water in agriculture.
