Goal of the Living Lakes-Conferences: Exchange knowledge and start new projects.

Regularly GNF organises international Living Lakes Conferences and contributes to events and panels of other organisations. Of major importance is the cooperation with many social groups as well as the presentation of successful sustainability projects.

With our network Living Lakes we do not only support our partner lakes with know-how and financial help, we also consequently inform the general public of lake issues and put great stress on the importance of lakes as freshwater reservoirs for all living beings. Highlights of our PR work were the Ökomedia in Freiburg, Germany and the World Exposition EXPO 2000 in Hanover, Germany, where Living Lakes was presented as a "Worldwide Project" in the Global House.
